The change from 70.0 to 70.7 kg does not prove actual muscle growth. A follow-up of about one month cannot establish long-term weight maintenance or predict what other people experience after stopping.<\/p>\n<h3>The lifestyle changes were maintained<\/h3>\n<p>According to the supplied account, the person did not return to their previous lifestyle.
