Most EU orders are prepared and shipped quickly. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier performance.
Discreet Packaging
Orders are packed securely and discreetly. External packaging does not display peptide names or unnecessary product details.
No Returns After Dispatch
For safety, product-integrity and storage-condition reasons, returns cannot be accepted once an order has been dispatched.

02. Packing
Your order is packed securely and discreetly to protect the contents during transit.
03. Dispatch
Once dispatched, tracking information will be shared where available.
04. Delivery
Estimated EU delivery is usually 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delays can occur due to carrier volume, customs checks or local delivery conditions.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of research-use products, Peptivora cannot accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
This policy is in place for safety, product-integrity and storage-condition reasons. Once products have left our controlled fulfilment process, we cannot verify how they have been stored, handled or transported.
This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights or valid claims for fulfilment errors.
When To Contact Us
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if:
- you received the wrong item;
- an item is missing from your order;
- the package arrived visibly damaged;
- tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive the package.
Include your order number, photos of the packaging and a clear description of the issue.
